Conducted industry & competitive research, customer interviews and cross-functional stakeholder meetings to prioritize services based on customer demand, speed-to-market and company fit
- Conducted extensive industry and competitive research
- Developed a list of potential technology-based value-added services for product roadmap and vetted with key cross-functional stakeholders (strategy / technology / cost / timing)
- Performed in-depth one-on-one customer interviews across range of customer management levels and functional responsibilities that included current products used by clients, pain-points, most desired features and hurdles to purchasing new systems
- Created customer journey map to identify most effective customer touch points for new services
- Recommended new services priorities for product technology roadmap
